What is your return policy?
Blue t shirt was labelled XXL but it actually an XL . We could compare it with the grey t shirt that was correctly labelled and fits as a normal XXL
You seriously need to consider an alternative courier service provider. They do not provide feedback at all. It is very difficult to speak to someone.
Regarding the product, although I have never had issues with the shoes as I own quite a few, this one is extremely uncomfortable. I had it on once and my legs are still in pain. I know it's a high top however it sits at a very akward spot when walking.

These shoes are the best and most comfortable shoes ever.
Please dont ever discontinue them.
The only issue I have is with the sole wearing through too quickly. Maybe consider a harder type of rubber or something more durable for future Court Graffiks.
