You have a period of 7 days to exchange the product/products purchased on Boardriders.co.za.
The product/products must have been purchased on the Quiksilver Boardriders online store
To make the exchange the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging complete with all swing tags, hygiene stickers, instruction manuals and accessories.
How to proceed?
1. Contact our customer service via the contact page.
2. You must provide your order number, your personal contact information and specify the product/products you wish to exchange.
3. Please specify on your packaging slip and on email which product you are exchanging and the size you require and place inside the parcel.
4. Send the package to our returns/exchanges address using a courier of your choice. Please note that you are required to cover the cost of shipping.

What happens next?
Upon receipt of the product/products in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to exchange the items returned
We reserve the right to accept or reject the exchange of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for exchange.
